This is a great book to supplement your respective state law book . I have previous versions as well . This book is great . If you can get most of the questions right in the back of the book and at the end of every chapter, you will pass the MPJE. Good Luck !

  2. RS

Very useful information to pass MPje examination

  3. B

I just passed the NAPLEX and am studying for the MPJE. Unfortunately there’s no CO study guide, so I’m starting with federal law then reading the 250 pages of state law posting on the CO govt website (ugh). I’ve read about 100 pages of this book and it is a VERY helpful review of key concepts from my pharmacy law class. They give pointers as to what they will not ask on the exam, which definitely helps weed out senseless memorizing.
This will definitely be staying on my book shelf for future use.

  4. MF

I read through this while annotating in about 4 days to prepare for the MPJE. Supplemented with TLDR state cheat sheets and passed MPJE no problem while only studying for about 1 week. Definitely recommend this.

  5. M

This review is clearly written, has few mistakes, and was a nice review of federal law. As a practicing pharmacist who took the MPJE to relocate, I found it very useful. I hope a new edition is coming out soon because the law is ever-changing and this is already a couple of years old. Now like most people who take the MPJE will tell you, I was sure I failed it as I walked out of the testing center, but I did pass. Since this was my main resource for studying federal law, along with reading the laws themselves, it must have done some good! A good number of review questions in the text, plus a practice exam at the end.

So helpful! This book was a great study resource for my MPJE exam. I read the whole thing (took about a week) and did the practice questions. They had a few questions at the end of each chapter, then a bunch of questions at the end of the book. There were quite a few errors within the question/answers though. If you get one wrong you were fairly sure of, go look it up on the internet to make sure the book didn’t make a mistake.
I would recommend this book to those studying federal pharmacy law. I passed my MPJE with it!
